Information

This section is intended to provide practical information and resources to help people with MND and those who are caring for them.  Within this section you will find links to information sessions, our library, the NHS e-library catalogue (within which our own catalogue can be consulted), other MND/ALS websites, our factsheets and other publications, the electronic archive of our quarterly newsletter "Aware" and other resources intended to give information, advice and support to people affected by MND.

In addition to these resources we also offer an information service to try to answer the need for specialist information that MND can cause.  For example, where to hire a motorised scooter to use on a cruise ship, which hotels in Glasgow are fully Disability Discrimination Act compliant or where to hire a wheelchair friendly boat for a cruise on the Norfolk Broads.  If you have a similar query contact our information officer either by telephone on 0141 945 1077 or by email on info at mndscotland.org.uk (you'll need to replace the word "at" with @ to make the email address valid).
