Millions of people are using You Tube as an ideal way to express themselves openly worldwide. It's a free opportunity for you to tell your story online.

You can make short movies with mobile phones and camcorders. These can be uploaded directly on to You Tube or you may wish to send them to MND Scotland and we can make them part of our official You Tube collection and publish them on our website.

Showing how you and your family are adjusting to life with MND.
