Why support MND Scotland?
Companies can become involved in supporting MND Scotland. By funding key areas of our work or simply encouraging employees in their fundraising, the support of companies is invaluable to us.
We believe that it is important to work in partnership with our corporate supporters and that these relationships benefit everyone. By making a simple donation or funding or sponsoring a specific item or service, whether it’s a riser/recliner chair or the Annual Conference, companies can make a real difference. We welcome the opportunity to establish long-term relationships whether as Charity of the Year or in any other way.
Involving Employees
Fundraising at work can be fun, motivating and good for team building. There are lots of ways you can support the work of MND Scotland by involving your employees. For example, you could organize a ‘Dress-Down Day’, coffee morning, or staff dance. We can provide you with various fundraising materials such as leaflets, posters, collection tins, balloons, and pin badges to support your event.
Charity of the Year/ Long term Partnerships
Adopting our charity for a year or a longer period is an ideal way for your company to focus its charitable activities to make a real difference.
Company Donations
Your company can help make a difference by making a simple donation, either to a specific project or to our work in general. You could nominate MND Scotland to benefit from a one-off donation from your department, company, or charity committee.
You can also encourage your employees to make regular donations through payroll giving.

MND Scotland is a registered charity. All of our services are free to people living in Scotland with MND and their families. Often, we are the only source of support.
Our services and support will cost more than £1 million this year, meaning we need to raise almost £20,000 every week.
We receive little financial support form the NHS or government.
None of our work would be possible without the generous support of our donors and fundraisers.
