The 2.6 Challenge can be any activity you like – whether you're running around the balcony for 2.6 miles, doing 26 press-ups with the dog on your back or bench-pressing 26 kilos with your grandchildren, you can help us support families affected by MND when they need us most.
The 2.6 Challenge is your chance to be a Home Hero and raise funds from your very own living room, bedroom, balcony or garden! Whatever your age or ability, you can take part.
Just choose your 2.6 challenge, support MND Scotland and then complete your challenge.
There are no rules – apart from the Government guidelines on how to exercise safely during this time. The main thing is to get active, have fun, and pledge whatever you can to help or fundraise for MND Scotland.
