Your support makes our work possible. All funds raised will help make time count for people living with MND today and fund the vital research which is bringing us closer to a cure. 

The minimum sponsorship requirements for each race are:

• Full Marathon – £30 registration fee and £500 minimum sponsorship
• Half Marathon – £20 registration fee and £350 minimum sponsorship
• Hairy Haggis Relay – £40 registration fee per team and £500 minimum sponsorship
• 10k  – £15 registration fee and £150 minimum sponsorship
• 5k –  £10 registration fee and £100 minimum sponsorship
• Junior events – £5 registration fee and minimum sponsorship of £35

All MND Scotland runners will receive:

• Printable sponsorship forms
• Help to set up an online sponsorship page with JustGiving
• Technical running t-shirt or running vest to wear on the day
• Information on MND Scotland and fundraising
• An invitation to our post-race reception and treats at the finish line (Sunday 30 May only)
