Online Wellbeing Sessions

Join our free wellbeing sessions which cover a range of topics to help reduce stress and anxiety.

Dealing with a diagnosis of MND, and everything else that is going on in the world right now, can be really overwhelming. So, we're hosting a series of free wellbeing sessions, to help reduce any stress or anxiety you may be feeling.

These sessions are open to anyone with MND, and anyone caring for someone with MND. Each session will focus on a different technique for your wellbeing and we'll give you tips and advice for continuing these at home. 

They will be hosted by a professional in the topic area, and held online via Zoom so you can join from the comfort of your own home. 

Upcoming sessions:

  • 23rd June - Hand massage (1pm-2pm)

This session will show you how to give a relaxing hand massage*, cautions, benefits and positioning. Get ready for a relaxing session!

*Some people with MND may not be able to do the the interactive sessions themselves, so you may need someone on the video with you.
